The Senior Designer is a thoughtful, driven, visual storyteller who is powered by innovative design skills to create engaging experiences.

They are independent thinkers who also value collaboration with fellow designers, motion artists, developers, strategists, creative directors and account management teams to execute smart, highly visual client solutions..

In this role you will be expected to:.

Bring solid design, illustration and typography skills, ensuring that every deliverable is visually exciting, easy to use, and emotionally engaging across print and digital mediums..

Partner with creative and content leads to bring complex concepts to life through visual storytelling — be that images, illustration, animation or infographics..

Participate in and help drive creative brainstorm sessions and ideation exercises..

Understand the brands and guidelines of our clients and the value to their respective audiences..

Consistently find ways to instantly see the potential in all projects and break-through perceived creative roadblocks..

Defend conceptual direction while also being able to listen to and synthesize other opinions, being open to changing direction should timeline / constraints dictate..

A broad background that includes top-level design for motion, print, presentations, web, interactive, social and identity/expression guides.

6+ years experience as a designer/illustrator, plus a Bachelor’s Degree.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and XD.

Experience with Adobe Indesign and Sketch.

Knowledge of After Effects and Cinema 4d.

Working knowledge of Invision and other rapid prototyping tools.

Experience with WordPress and other Content Management Systems.

Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote.
