What you’ll do:

· Work with our Quality Assurance team to ensure copy and data is imported correctly into InDesign

· Work with our Graphic Design team to locate, place and utilize strong content

· Complete client approval process

· Collaborate with other department managers to meet production schedule

About you:
You’re obsessed with detail because you know that the best designed piece is no good if it’s full of errors.

You love digging into the details to find the best way to position, group, or play-up elements to help get the clients message across.

You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects using your organizational skills to keep you on track and love operating with clear instructions and little supervision.

What you need:

· Bachelor’s Degree in the field of design OR 3-years experience

· Resilient to fast-paced environments where tight deadlines are the norm

· Proven success with time management skills

· Working knowledge of Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

What will set you apart:

· Experience with pre-press or pre-flight processes

· Experience in ad circular or direct mail production

· Retail design or marketing experience

· Demonstrated experience with project or data management
