Floral Services LLC is looking for a talented photographer / graphic designer to provide photography, photo editing, and design support to the product development team.

This position works with multiple departments and therefore requires excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, to be successful.

This is a full-time position with hours ranging between 30-40 per week.

Floral Services is headquartered just outside of Portland in Troutdale, Oregon.

As an industry leader we design and produce a wide array of floral hardgoods, candles, plush toys and more for retailers throughout the US and globally.

Key Responsibilities:
Take product photos and be responsible for lighting, proper focus, exposure, composition, color balance, image format and resolution to satisfy each job
Prepare sets for upcoming photo shoots and ensure all equipment is functioning properly
Edit raw images and turn them into client ready product photos
Ensure accurate image naming based on company naming standards, server placement, and system uploads
Accurately label product samples
Assist Development Team with PowerPoint presentations & catalogs
Work closely with the Development Team to execute design ideas
Review final design details to ensure accuracy before sending for production
Translate concepts into variable design formats
Research and keep up to date on emerging trends and practices
Design promotional and event collateral for both print and web
Create and execute concepts for social media posts

Qualifications:
Full proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
Proficient in MS Office software (Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook)
1-3 years of studio photography experience
Extreme attention to detail and high level of accountability
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working quickly and accurately on multiple tasks under tight deadlines, all while exhibiting grace under pressure
You must be able to follow directions, receive feedback, and ask pertinent questions
You are collaborative, curious, self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented
Able to lift 50 or more lbs
Occasional extended hours required
Ability to organize and prioritize conflicting tasks
