OHARA DAVIES-GAETANO INTERIORS seeks a Senior Designer/ProjectManager with at least 5-10+ years ground up construction and remodel design experience to manage and execute all facets of residentialdesign.

Position open in Newport Beach, Los Angeles, NW MontanaRESPONSIBILITIES:Full accountability and ownership of multiple interiordesignprojects down to each detail, including:Lead interior design assignments that include conceptual design, schematic design, design development & construction documents.Maintain & monitor project profitability and schedule adherence.Managing client communicationCollaborating with outside architects, contractors & subcontractors, client representatives, vendors and other 3rdPreparing client presentations & proposals.Coordinating & attending client meetings.Creating floor plans & elevations preferably using AutoCAD.Researching, sourcing, and pricing items such as furniture, fabrics, accessories,finishes, lighting, etc.Materials selectionsPreparing budgetsEnsuring accuracy, timely delivery, and quality of all purchasing activitiesCoordinate and manage deliveries, storage, and installationsClient account management including hourly billing and account balancesQuality Assurance and Customer ServiceManage, assign tasks, review, and motivate junior team membersContinuous refinement and improvement of design processes REQUIREMENTS:Deep understanding of new home construction and remodelingStrong detail orientationExcellent people management skillsStrong organizational skillsExperience withdesignconsulting and client interactionKnowledge of quality high-end and custom furnitureAbility to multitask in fast-paced environmentExcellent problem solving skillsEnthusiastic and Positive approachTeam playerResourcefulCAD preferredStudio Designer experience preferredABOUT OUR COMPANY:Founded in 2007, Ohara Davies-Gaetano Interiors is a nationally recognized and published luxurydesignfirm with offices in Corona del Mar, CA and Los Angeles.
