Works with product managers, developers, and customer support teams to identify training needs and build content to suit a variety of customers ranging from the staff of automotive insurance carriers to the technicians working on the body shop floor.Primary skills include video capture and editing with Camtasia, online course development with tools like Captivate and Storyline, and course management with a learning management system.Qualifications:Minimum Education:Bachelor’s in Education, Instructional Technology, or a related field.
