We are dedicated to making this world a healthier place.Job DescriptionJob responsibilitiesBuild a best-in-class design system for our web, iOS and Android products.Lead the design effort to create holistic, elegant design systems with a high degree of attention to detail.Write usage guidelines for our all components and patternsCreate and test prototypes with internal teams to collect feedbackConduct audits of competitors’ user experiences to discover insights and opportunitiesWork with front-end engineering teams to develop components and ship the systemElevate the craft and quality of our products and web-based toolsBe a strong advocate for user-centered design principles and best practicesQualifications5+ years of experience in product design or a combination of education and experience in this field2+ years working directly with design systems in both web and mobile system designExperience with modern UI standards (accessibility, responsive design, animation, performance)Strong experience in UI development with HTML/CSS/JavaScript, ReactStrategic systems-level design thinker and visionaryExcellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.Advanced knowledge of Figma and prototyping tools such as Framer or PrincipleA portfolio of strong interaction design, design systems, and product design workAdditional InformationU.S.
