Learning Experience Designer Sr.

(Leadership Development).

Location: The preferred locations for this position are: Indianapolis, IN; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Virginia Beach, VA; St.

Louis, MO; Denver, CO.

Responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing Leadership Development exceptional virtual/digital learning experiences for all levels of leadership across the enterprise.

Primary duties may include but are not limited to:.

Collaborate with business partners and subject matter experts to develop exceptional virtual/digital learning experiences, including video or content that is accessible anytime and very interactive with the learner..

Complete needs analysis and recommend effective learning solutions for the virtual/digital environment..

Apply creativity and learning design principles to oversee the production of effective learning experiences that improve the performance of revenue teams through the development of key knowledge and application of role specific skills..

Create and design various materials for learning and enablement collateral, including but not limited to presentation materials, participant and trainer guides, on-the-job learning, peer and social learning, handouts, job aids, storytelling, audio, video, simulations, role-plays, and games with expertise supporting learning and reinforcement in the flow of work..

Design visual elements to support storytelling and engagement of learners on complex topics..

Collaborate with other content developers, graphic designers, technology consultants, technologists, and other project team members on design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions..

Use all approved processes, tools and templates to standard for development and reporting.

Actively maintain all content..

Design using agile methodology and receive feedback openly with curiosity to create the best product.

Participate in quality review processes for team members and provide feedback candidly and constructively..

Lead sub-teams, communities of practice, and other opportunities to enhance knowledge and skill..

Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions, meetings and other events..

Oversee the lifecycle management of information, providing updates to content and learning experiences as needed and handling change management..

Develops project plans, functional specifications, and schedules..

Qualifications.

Requires BA/BS in Instructional Design, Educational Technologies, Instructional Technology, or related field; five or more years supporting a training/learning organization; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background..

Must have experience in designing and developing Leadership Development content and courses..

Master’s Degree preferred..

Annual Salary Range*: $67,920
– $84,900.

Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level..

The hourly or salary range is the range Anthem in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.

This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado.

This range may be modified in the future.
