Evergreen Interior Designs is looking for an engaged, experienced, detail-oriented, and talented Interior Designer with strong Chief Architect skills.

This is a great opportunity to gain knowledge and experience in custom residential interior design.

We work on a handful of incredible high-end projects in and around Denver, CO.

An Interior Designer with our company assists our principal Designer throughout the design process.

This person follows direction from the Principal Designer with drafting, updating plans, creating material boards, gathering product selections and other miscellaneous duties throughout the design process to help create a beautiful and functional space.

Primary duties for this position are:

Inputting plans into Chief Architect software

Creating floor plans, elevations and details based on design selections per direction of Principal Designer

Assisting through product selection by creating material boards and creating material schedules

We are searching for an Interior Designer with the following skills:

Design degree or currently enrolled college student working toward obtaining a degree in Interior Design

Min.

3 years of drafting/architecture experience, experience in the residential construction industry with knowledge in Interior Design

Intuitive spatial planning skills plus an acute eye for creative product and material selections

Proficient in Chief Architect Software.

Minimum 3 years

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe

Working knowledge of Studio Designer ideal but not required

General knowledge of current furniture vendors, material and building finish products a plus

Relevant residential drafting experience

Must be organized and detail-oriented to meet deadlines in order to keep construction jobs on schedule and running smoothly

Ability to work effectively with team members, vendors, and subcontractors

Pay based on relevant work experience

Must be a team player who has a can-do positive attitude who isn’t afraid of asking questions!

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00
– $50.00 per hour
