ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will work with a Department of State team delivering a business intelligence capability within a content production application.
You will work closely with a technical team and business owners to cultivate metrics and develop visualizations for executive level business owners to provide insights into production performance and content resonance.
These insights will be leveraged by a broader team to inform efficiency recommendations and broader change management efforts.
QualificationsThe following skills/experience/knowledge are required to be considered for this role:Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire.An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET ClearancePossess advanced proficiency with TableauFamiliarity with SQL, Python, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, D3, Bootstrap, React, and wireframesDemonstrates the ability to gather requirements from clients and design and build dashboard solutions based on those requirements.Demonstrates the ability to gather or create KPIs and metrics to address client questions and needs.Demonstrates success at delivering presentations in an informative and succinct manner and addressing questions and feedback professionally.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsThe following skills/experience/knowledge are preferred to be considered for this role:Bachelors Degrees: Business Administration, Business Analytics, MarketingCertificates: Tableau Desktop Certified Associate, Tableau Desktop Certified ProfessionalKnowledge: Data analytics, design principles, web analyticsExperience working within Department of State and/or the Intelligence Community, or other Federal agencies with international focus.
