Job Overview

Liquid Sunshine is the full-service, in-house creative marketing agency for Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) and its 125 leading beverage brands, including Dr Pepper, Snapple, Keurig, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, 7UP, Bai, A&W, Core, Canada Dry, Mott’s, and Schweppes.

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to be part of our Liquid Sunshine agency through an exciting new phase of growth in capabilities, brand assignments, and creative excellence.

As a Graphic Designer, you will conceptualize, design and implement strategic on-brand solutions for digital and print projects which often have a high degree of visibility and complexity.

This position reports into the Lead Designer.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Create digital and print design for a range of projects, including: brand identity, landing pages, digital advertising media, social media graphics (static and animated), packaging, in-store materials, toolkits, key art, sales and promotional materials, brand books, and more
  • Partner with the Lead Designers and Director of Brand Design to approach projects with a strategic mindset leveraging insights, tapping into cultural trends and blending design wizardry to deliver creative that is breakthrough and connects with our consumers.
  • Adapt brand and product activation initiatives to the digital space
  • Work effortlessly across our portfolio of brands leveraging defined identity systems, typography, and voice to deliver creative solutions that are unique to each brands objectives and strategy
  • Maintain efficient and scalable production of all digital & print assets — re: templates, resizing and versioning
  • Pitch and present work and be able to clearly communicate concept rationales
  • Work with e-comm team, as well as external developers & vendors, to ensure brand and creative consistency across all consumer touch points
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through completion

Requirements

What youll bring to the table:

  • BA or BFA in graphic design or related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong Packaging Experience
  • Outstanding portfolio showcasing strong digital design, branding, typography, UI/UX, layout, and color theory
  • 2-3 years graphic design experience with a focus on digital and social content
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and After Effects
  • Current knowledge of design and industry trends
