The Creative Group is currently hiring for a Senior Digital Designer for a client in Atlanta. This is a direct hire position.

?       Works with Digital Design team members to support creative efforts through digital asset design including banner ads, Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Snapchat, site design, emails, mockups, prototyping, promotional assets, and ad-hoc creative needs.

?       Creates and facilitates programmer-ready layouts in a timely manner.

?       Participates in creative strategy, briefing, testing, and brainstorming.

?       Oversees campaign designs, assists with campaign conception, reviews and approves all digital design assets.

?       Creates and updates digital design and creative team guidelines.

?       Manages brand standards for digital creative team and acts as digital brand ambassador for company-wide brand standards.

?       Collaborates with digital agency partners on designs, creative deliverables and briefs, provides design feedback on behalf of the creative team, participates in agency days.

Job Requirements:

?       4+ years digital design experience.

?       Retail and/or relevant agency experience.

?       Adobe Creative Suites: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

?       Ability to work in Sketch, InVision

?       Experience with UX and UI preferred

?       Animation and/or video editing skills preferred

?       An understanding of HTML, CSS and CMS will be a plus (but not required)
