Digital Graphic Designer

n nThe Digital Graphic Designer develops creative designs for a variety of marketing programs from conception through implementation.

Brainstorm, design and execute innovative omni-channel and branded campaigns that include signage, POS, direct mail, print, outdoor, digital, video, web and mobile/social media.

Collaborate with business and marketing stakeholders, copywriters, production and developers to create compelling, integrated campaigns across channels and platforms.n n n nResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:n Develop concepts, create designs and execute cohesive branded experiences across printed materials and digital assets including websites, social media, digital marketing campaigns, email communication.

Conceptualize and execute social content across platforms with both static and animated/motion graphics.

Develop and contribute to the development of design concepts that are equally bold and viable for business solutions to further strengthen brand visibility.

Utilize extensive knowledge of and experience in core design, social branding strategies and conceptual thinking to guide relevant solutions.

Partner closely with social and analytics team to learn performance insights and iterate new concepts that are on brand.

Collaborate with Creative Design Manager and Social Media Manager to execute professional designs that reflect the Brand, sub-brands and Lines of Business (LOBs).

Collaborate with business and marketing stakeholders, copywriters, production and developers to create compelling, integrated campaigns across channels and platforms.

Help manage online presence of the organization, including social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest).

Additional creative assignments or tasks for internal brand marketing efforts including sourcing photography, resizing images, and digital production.
