Currently, we have an opening for a Digital Designer to join our product team and work on a wide variety of customer-facing projects across various digital platforms.

Our successful candidate will drive innovative design solutions, create exceptional digital experiences, and elevate customer engagement.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Understand user interface design, architecture, and functionality, applying best practices and responsive design to all Encentiv Energy products and services
• Design new end-to-end experiences through low
  – to high-fidelity digital designs to support UI and/or UX projects
• Collaborate with the entire Encentiv Energy team to gather project specifications, inputs, and edits to meet deployment deadlines
• Translate concepts into sketches, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes and more
• Produce digital assets and graphics that enable developers to build products, websites, and mobile apps
• Create fact sheets, case studies, presentation decks, sales materials, landing pages, email templates, social media images, digital ads, and other marketing assets
• Build animation for, create, and/or edit short videos to be used across multiple platforms
• Enhance the functionality and usability of Encentivizer, guiding the design in every stage of the development process to create a quality end-user experience
• Craft, modify, and package final work so it can be relayed to developers for execution
