The Opportunity

VM
Deliver best in class visual merchandising print & digital signage in-store that drives brand awareness, education and purchase.
Retail VM playbooks & Training Tools
Partner with Retail marketing to design bespoke visual merchandising playbooks & training tools.
Ability to create, develop and maintain design systems that support retail verticals in fashion, beauty, and home.
Retail Campaign & Activations:
Support the creative development of Global Retail campaigns, deliver: site, email, social, print & digital OOH assets.
Conceptualize, design and build retail pop-ups and branded activations across retailers and marquee mall partnerships.
Who are you?
(Qualifications)
Like us, you’ll be deeply committed to delivering positive outcomes for customers and passionate about shaping the future of Afterpay.
BA/BS in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or other related discipline.
6+ years of relevant experience in graphic design or e-commerce industries.
High level of skill in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), experience in Figma, video and motion tools is a plus.
Expert proficiency of typography, graphics and spatial design
Strong awareness of retail innovations and knowledge of inspiring brands that balance both digital and retail experiences
Highly collaborative nature with the ability to also work independently.
Demonstrates strong presentation skills articulating design challenges and solutions to peers and cross-functional teams.
Ability to prioritize and manage work to adhere to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
