SHOWROOM IN THE DECORATIVE CENTER Designer Floors of HoustonWe are looking for a qualified professional Account Manager to provide service and support to our trade clients, while creating long-term and trusted relationships.

A successful candidate should have experience in representing high-end, luxury materials and excellent customer service skills.Our clients are trade professionals such as designers, builders, installers and architectural firms.

We carry high end, luxury residential and commercial flooring and wall surface products…..Wood, carpet, porcelain tile and slabs, natural stone, countertops, glass, metals, decorative designer materials, etc.The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

A successful Account Manager will collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services.ResponsibilitiesServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client trusted relationships with key accountsDevelop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales objectiveIdentify and grow new opportunities and accounts to meet sales objectivesNegotiate and close sales to maximize profitsPrepare sales projection reports and clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiativesAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededSkillsProven work experience in managing accounts and providing excellent customer service to clientsExperience in representing high end and luxury products and linesDesign background and understanding is very helpfulExcellent communication, negotiation and presentation skillsSolid experience with MS Office SuiteStrong verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to multi-task and juggle multiple client management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailHighly motivated professional self-starter who can work cohesively as part of a teamJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 $80,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCommission payEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Sales Experience: 5 years (Preferred)Work Location:One locationWork Remotely:Temporarily due to COVID-19
