– but also to feel that you belong * Special way to give back to your community AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: * Utilizing creativity and graphic design principals to create proposals, RFPs, benefit enrollment guides, stewardship reports, presentations, HTML emails, advertising and internal/external communications for the MMA Southeast region * Working with individuals and teams to gather materials and information for various projects * Creating, managing and manipulating charts, graphs, tables, pictures, and other graphic elements in all file formats, including JPG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, etc.

* Preparing projects for outsourcing to a professional printer, including prelighting artwork * Maintaining the corporate branding and social media pages * Regularly reviewing current products, processes, services and procedures to create an environment emphasizing continual improvement * Acting as a liaison between other teams and departments/offices to promote strong communication and problem solving as situations arise * Staying informed regarding technical knowledge, market trends, company information and other operating techniques and sharing information as necessary * Maintaining regular one-on-one meetings with staff and communicating company issues, processes, procedures and other messages to staff * Participating in operational team meetings QUALIFICATIONS: * Portfolio required * Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in a Graphic Design-oriented major * 2+ years of experience in a Graphic Design-oriented position is preferred * Extreme proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) * Ability to work exclusively on a PC Windows platform * Web design and development skills (CMS and ASP knowledge is a plus) * Must have strong knowledge of printing standards and web design standards * Must possess advanced graphic and web design skills * Must be able to multi-task, manage time efficiently, meet tight deadlines, and work well within a team environment as well as independently * Must be detail-oriented * Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus * Video production skills are a plus BENEFITS AND PERKS: MMA Southeast offers competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits and programs including: * 401K and company match program * Company-paid life and disability plans * Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Generous paid time off programs * Paid parental leave * Employee assistance program (EAP) * Volunteer paid time off (VTO) * Career mobility * Pet insurance * Tuition assistance * Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) * Continuing education and training opportunities Marsh & McLennan Companies and its Affiliates are EOE Minority/Female/Disability/Vet/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity employers.
