Creative Production Coordinator

Schneider Saddlery is now seeking a Creative Production Coordinator to join our Creative team.

As the Creative Production Coordinator, you’ll be tracking and disseminating information to team members, creating schedules for the timely delivery of resources and materials, and identifying potential issues that may disrupt project and work schedules.

As the Creative Production Coordinator you will know every aspect of our Creative workflow and production processes, and keep things moving under pressure and on tight deadlines.

Essentially, this position will help seamlessly bring all projects across the finish line.

Location/Travel: Local to Northeast Ohio Skills & Qualifications * Strong leadership qualities* 2+ years of project management* Strong understanding of horses and be comfortable around them* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills* Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels* Strong attention to detail* Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree What you will do * Review and update processes and documentation to support best practices.* Streamline data for KPI’s.* Work with other departments and Creative Manager to map creative needs by quarter.* Schedules and attends key meetings/reviews and takes notes as requested.* Escalates issues and concerns relating to the project to the appropriate team leads.* Coordinate all external printing projects (including the catalog).* Coordinate launch group submission to Creative and review new items for completeness & accuracy.* Lead all aspects of catalog production including development of production schedules, coordination of Merchant-Creative communication regarding item inclusion, tracking artist and proofing turn-around windows, tracking action production, reporting on traffic flow, and keeping the process on schedule.* Coordinate photoshoots and run day of schedule.
