Architectural Designer

This is a Contract position in Annapolis Junction, MD posted September 18, 2020.
Job Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, Architects maintain project coordination with all other disciplines on an assigned project.
Assures quality, quantity, and completeness of the architectural/engineering work required.
Plans and schedules architectural/engineering efforts associated with assigned projects.
Performs other architectural/engineering-related work as required.
Performs programming, observation and customer interviews.
Provides management of office CADD programs and activities, chairing the CADD Committee and coordinating with members and other office personnel.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited college or university or demonstrated equivalent education. Experience: 4+ years of architectural experience.
Registered Architect preferred but not required
Experience with Federal Government and other institutional facilities preferred.
Strong AutoCAD and Revit experience required; BIM experience preferred.
