Immediate need for Customer Service Rep – Work From Home! This is a contract project with the opportunity to go permanent.
Position: Customer Service Rep – Work From Home!
– Taking inbound calls from customers who need assistance with unemployment benefits
– Will be trained in role and systems
Pay is $15/hour + Bonuses. Bilingual candidates needed!
Requirements: Customer Service Rep – Work From Home!
– Customer Service experience
– Phone experience
– Empathy and patience
– Tools to work from home
– Must have own PC with Windows 10 and a headset with a microphone – no Macs, no Chromebooks.
Start Date: 8/2
Training: Training is virtual, not in-person
Work Hours: Must be available from 8am to 8pm EST
Schedule: 5 days a week. Must be available Sunday through Saturday.
