WordPress Support Job Summary:

Must be available 24 hours a day, capable of posting breaking news in a matter of seconds.

Also responsible for WordPress upgrades, plug-in upgrades, enhancements and bug fixes to the system.

WordPress Support Job Responsibilities:
Support all enhancements, system maintenance, bug fixes 24 x 7.

Troubleshoot, debug, test, upgrade, deploy software during regular release cycles following Agile methodology Excellent communication and teamwork skills Able to estimate time to complete assigned tasks and manage to a set number of support hours per month Capable of researching new partners Capable of offering of options to resolve new business needs Experience working on both the back-end and front-end systems understanding user experience and functionality Responsible for the design and creation of scalable software and writing clean, functional code Design client-side and server-side architecture Develop and manage well-functioning databases Write effective API’s Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency Create security and data protection settings Build features with a mobile responsive design
WordPress Support Job Requirements:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience developing desktop and mobile applications Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with Word Press 5+ knowledge and experience.

Administration Theme development Plugin Management Experience with PHP 7 and building/maintaining custom plugins.

Knowledge of the following technologies:
SQL using MySQL HTML/CSS/JavaScript Video players RSS and XML JSON Using Git for code management CDNs and caching High load environments
Preferred Skills:
Using Pantheon Google Tag Manager Google Ads Google Analytics Podcasts Broadcast or media experience
