A global e-commerce marketplace is in need of a Virtual eCommerce Customer Service Representative.Candidates will be responsible for the following: Resolving questions and achieving customer satisfaction from our customers and internal teams Taking ownership of individual customer queries Helping manage the customer experience through the order fulfillment processSkills and Requirements Include: 2 years experience in customer service or related experience High School Diploma or equivalent A passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision A strong communicator who can explain complex information in simple ways Ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload
