Job Summary The DSD Support Associate is responsible for but not limited to the support of sales and operations personnel as it relates to systematic maintenance and issues, procedural support, retailer service expectations, route product credits, etc.

This position is responsible for handling all initial calls and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsible for coordinating any additional resources needed for issues and ensuring their resolution.
Essential Job Duties Delivers timely, thorough responses to all telephone inquiries from distributors, sales managers, DSD operations personnel, retailers, etc.
as well as maintains a tracking mechanism for such inquiries.
Provides on-call support during and after normal business hours to ensure that production applications systems are completed on schedule when abnormal program termination occurs.
Maintenance of accurate warehouse authorization lists assigned to DSD warehouses.
Set up and maintain item data for the DSD org locations and routes; including sourcing rules.
Assists with shrink issues, order processing errors, product planning, cycle count changes, nightly error reports.
Responsible for accurate reporting and evaluation of data impacting decisions made by the team.
Completes set up and entry for any sample customers for DSD locations and sales managers.
Audits warehouse transactions on a daily basis.
Takes ownership of maintaining Warehouse Support Manual.
Creates and processes purchase orders, maintains inventory, etc.
for Oracle Bill and Hold locations; participate in quarterly inventory audits.
Establishes and maintains relationship with Partner Brand representatives as it relates to claims process.
Maintains relationships with all levels of cross functional teams in sales, operations, etc as well as with IBOs to ensure timely processing of route product credits within the dictated settlement period expectations.
Effectively builds and maintains relationships with various team members.
Performs other job-related projects, duties and assignments as directed by management.
Statement of Coverage N/A Scope of Responsibility Somewhat independent; working under general instructions and expected to determine how to accomplish the work assignments while occasionally having work checked.
This position will have interaction with multiple departments and levels of the organization and external customers.
No supervisory responsibility.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements Strong attention to detail; accurately processes all areas of work from reports to single line entries and manual keying, etc.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, Oracle, and SharePoint required.
Must have the capability to learn and navigate new database systems quickly and efficiently.
Education and Experience Associate’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Demands The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
Work Environment The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
Travel Required No travel required.
Qualifications Associate’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
