Hours: 6pm-2am (9am-5pm training for first two weeks)
We are seeking a Technical Support Technician for a 6 to 11 month contract role with a leading client in Louisville, CO. In this role, the Technical Support Technician will have the opportunity to work autonomous vehicles in a 30,000 square foot facility. They will be responsible for executing testing operations, performing data analysis and pulling reports.
REQUIRED SKILLS
-Hand dexterity, ability to use a joystick to operate a vehicle
-Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per day
-Mid-level computer skills
-Experience training and supervising staff (1-2 years)
-Beginner skills in troubleshooting
-Good communication skills – verbal and in writing
-Strong mechanical/electrical knowledge
-Ability to pull reports and analyze and interpret data
-Hardware and/or software troubleshooting experience
-Microsoft Office experience
-Scripting experience (python and/or C++)
-Ability to look through log files and do log-based debugging
PREFERRED SKILLS
-2+ years’ experience and technical schooling is a plus
-Experience with process improvement
-Experience with R&D products
-Linux operating systems or red hat experience is a big plus.
