Everise is hiring Technical Support Representatives in Las Vegas, NV.

In this role, you will help customers understand the benefits of their product, get their devices up and running, and troubleshoot any problems that customers might be experiencing with their devices.

This opportunity is Work from Home for now, but could turn into an in-office job once pandemic restrictions ease.

So, you should live within a commutable distance to Las Vegas.
If you have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, can work a flexible schedule from home that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays, with minimum education of a high school diploma (or G.E.D.), then we want you to apply now!
We offer: Hourly pay Benefits including medical, dental, and vision Paid training (3 weeks, Mondays Fridays) Work from home (for now, but you could be called in to work on site once pandemic restrictions ease) Requirements: A minimum of one year in a customer service role, with at least one year of technical customer service preferred, willing to accept school experience or CompTia A+ certification Be flexible with the work schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and evenings Ability to work overtime as required by business, most often occurring in the weeks surrounding the holiday seasons Can legally work for an U.S.
