Technical Support Engineer

Apex Systems is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in the Boca Raton area for a 3 month contract opportunity.

Resolve the IT requests and Incidents ensuring a timely and effective assistance.

Monitor network to ensure continuous availability to all system users and perform the required maintenance.

Evaluate new equipment purchase requests, such as laptops, desktops, and peripherals, following the established standards.

Assist the IT Infrastucture and IT application teams, by providing physical stand and redirecting tickets when necessary.

Assist HR in the on the equipment assignments process.

Experience: IT technical support role | required | 3 years Languages: English native.

Spanish desirable.
