International Risk Management Institute (IRMI),the premier provider of information, tools, education, and training for the risk management and insurance industry, is looking for a Technical Support Analyst in the North Dallas area.
You will primarily be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to clients via email, phone, and/or other remote methods, and assist System and Network Administrator with managing technology infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Addresses and responds to customer inquiries on organizational products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting, and maintenance Provides customers with preventive maintenance and configuration recommendations to improve product usability, performance, and customer satisfaction Document’s client interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken Install and maintain IT equipment for new and current employees Assemble, configure, and maintain personal computers, tablets, and laptops Provide personal technical support for employees of IRMI, WebCE, and MindForge Install, patch, and deploy approved software used by the company Participate as member of the IT infrastructure team to test high availability and disaster recovery systems 3 times per year Update and maintain user assistance articles on Zendesk Create, configure, and manage Active Directory accounts, groups, and machines Provision Active Directory accounts
Education/Experience
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required 0-1 year of general work experience
