Make a Difference.Title: Technical Production Support/QA AnalystOverview of Position: Change Healthcare is seeking a remote Technical Production Support/QA Analyst to work remotely from anywhere in the US. This position will perform  both QA testing and Production Support on daily basis. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job? QA Job Responsibilities:Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures.Test system modifications to prepare for implementation.Develop testing programs that addresses areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, or usability.Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.Identify, analyze and document problems with program function, output, online screen or content.Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes. Create or maintain databases of known test defects.Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery Production Support Job Responsibilities: Work with developers and QA teammates to research issues/requests reported by the business usersProvide root cause and workaround to assist users to continue their operations.Write reusable complex queries and SQL scripts for testing purposes and production support analysis.What are the requirements needed for this position?2-3 years of experience in QA testing experience with extensive data validationBachelor of Science or related experience in testing backend process and root cause analysisProficiency writing SQL queriesExperience in data analysisSome experience in development is a plusWhat other skills/experience would be helpful to have?Willing to learn and quick thinkerGo-getter personalityAbility to have fun on the jobResults orientedAbility to understand .NET code changes a plusWhat are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
