As a Mid-Level T&E Craft Support Analyst, you will be on a team that is evaluating the performance of new amphibious ships and landing craft to be delivered to the fleet.
You will work closely with Government and industry professionals as well as shipbuilders and Participating Acquisition Resource Managers (PARMs).

This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain your active clearance.
Serco supports the US Navy as a prime contractor providing amphibious warfare and expeditionary professional support services.
Our Amphibious Warfare Operation provides critical services to nearly all US Navy amphibious ships and craft.
In this role, you will:
Provide Developmental/Operational/Live Fire Test and Evaluation (LFT&E) support to new amphibious ships and landing craft.
Develop and review test plans and reports including LFT&E Management Plan, Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP), Survivability Assessment Report (SAR), Vulnerability Assessment Report (VAR), and Total Ship Survivability Testing (TSST) efforts.
Assist in Test and Evaluation (T&E) documentation development, test execution, and scheduling analysis.
Review Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
Military or DoD experience can be substituted for a degree if six (6) or more years of specific work experience can be demonstrated in an analogous or higher-level position.
An active DoD security clearance is required.
Ability to operate personal computers and have good knowledge and operational abilities with Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to travel (less than 10%) to support test and evaluation activities in a shipyard or naval facility.
Some work may occur within an industrial field office, outdoors and/or aboard ship while the ship is undergoing construction, alteration, activation, overhaul, repair, and/or underway trials.
Walking and climbing throughout the ship, to accomplish ship checks, may be required.
Exposure to high noise levels, uncomfortable temperatures, heights, or other industrial safety conditions will require use of personal protective clothing and equipment.
Additional desired experience and skills:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired.
Survivability Assessment Report (SAR), Vulnerability Assessment Report (VAR), and Total Ship Survivability Testing (TSST) experience is desirable.
Extensive experience with Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) is highly desirable.
Relevant U.S.
Navy or U.S.
Coast Guard acquisition experience in the areas of ship construction or ship repair is desired.
Amphibious warship ship and/or craft construction or ship repair work experience is ideal.
Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act of 1990 (DAWIA) certification is desired.
Proficiency in the analytical review of T&E data and knowledge of U.S.
Navy Amphibious Warfare Programs is highly desirable.
