Human Capital’s Asset group will continue to evaluate and incorporate new products and operate services in our portfolio as we grow. Qualifications Required bull2+ years Experience in a Taleo environment bullExperience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing) bullExperience in leading a particular work stream, reviewing, and assisting. bullExperience in Taleo modules including Transitions, Recruiting, Onboarding, Scheduling Center bullExperience in providing post go-live support bullDemonstrates proven extensive knowledge and success with leading efforts in consulting, designing, and implementing Taleo applications-based solutions. bullAbility to learn complex systems and business processes and define requirements for solutions. bullBachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline or equivalent experience. bullTravel up to 20 annually (While 20 of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.) bullMust live near, or relocate to, Lake Mary, FL Gilbert, AZ or Mechanicsburg, PA bullLimited immigration sponsorship may be available Preferred bullTaleo Certified bullKnowledge and experience in TCC bullUnderstanding of standard integrations to and from the Taleo application How you’ll grow At Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
