Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner working at our corporate office in Palm Beach Gardens, FL or remote.
This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement The Talent Acquisition Business Partner is responsible for interviewing and referring applicants for clerical, technical, administrative and management positions throughout the organization.
This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company’s organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum 2 years experience in full-cycle recruiting (dental or manufacturing industry preferred The regular hours for this position are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.
Essential Functions:
– Advertise positions externally and internally via HRIS and other job-source websites
– Coordinate intake calls with hiring manager(s) to determine the needs of the position as well as determine the best recruiting process for the position(s)
– Act as the liaison with area employment agencies, advertising agencies, dental schools, etc.
– Screen and phone-interview applicants
– Coordinate in-person interviews with hiring manager(s)
– Extend verbal and written contingent job offers
– Coordinate the collection of new hire background verification/drug screening paperwork
– Perform the initial on-boarding process in the HRIS
– Completes weekly Excel report on requisition activity
– Other duties as assigned Skills and Abilities Required:

– High School diploma or equivalent
