Joe Friedman Construction Corporation is celebrating it’s 51st year as a Commercial General Contractor.
Our company is experiencing tremendous growth and is currently seeking a qualified applicants for a full-time Construction Project Superintendent position for Commercial construction and Retail construction projects mainly in Miami, Ft.
Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and South Florida Regions.
Applicant must have a strong background in building construction, general construction, new construction, renovation, construction supervision, blueprint reading, construction drawings, project execution, punch out lists, weekly reports, and construction documentation skills.
They must also be familiar with local and state Building Codes.
Superintendents may need at times to travel to projects in Central and Southwest Florida.
Our projects range from $100,000 to $5 million.
Our company works with national dental care centers, veterinary care centers.
retailers, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers, banks, and real estate developers.
We offer salaried positions with excellent benefits, including provision of fuel and mileage reimbursement.
Our projects are primarily located within and around Ft.
Lauderdale, Miami and West Palm Beach; applicants should be based within that region ( compensation for relocation not provided ).
