We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team!

This is a fully remote contract position and as such, requires individuals that are organized, punctual, disciplined, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

With both part-time and full-time positions available, this is an excellent opportunity for qualified candidates looking for a second job, flexible entry level position, or students.You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information for one of our many clients.

We are currently looking to fill multiple positions for 2 clients.

The first is a leading national home improvement supplier.

The second client is a major roadside assistance company.As a member of our call center team, you’ll play an integral part in providing high quality customer service to our partnered clients by effectively communicating with customers to answer questions regarding their orders and various services through inbound phone calls.
