Strategic Engagement Manager (Client Services)

Location: Mavens Komodo Health is primarily a remote organization and open to candidates located anywhere in the US.

Who you are: You are a seasoned industry consultant with experience that enables in-depth understanding of our pharma client’s technology and business needs.

You understand the landscape of technology and can provide guidance to clients on solving their business challenges using technology-driven solutions.

You have the ability to assess clients’ current requirements and engage Mavens Komodo Health expertise to provide solutions and services to deliver business results.

Why this role matters: This role provides specialized support to key clients to ensure delivery on the partnership value proposition with Mavens Komodo Health.

Responsibilities:

Strategically build relationships with targeted clients to actively identify and create future opportunities, client references, and to develop a robust industry network Serve as the client’s point of contact and escalation point for any challenges and/or opportunitiesto ensure project success.

Understand technology offerings and how they apply to client opportunities Ensure all open client project work is delivered on time and meeting the client’s needs Lead/participate in planning sessions with clients Engage with clients to identify unmet needs that represent innovations Mavens Komodo Health could pursue to differentiate our solutions & services Manage team members, career development, mentorship Work cross-functionally within Mavens Komodo Health to gather the necessary resources to meet client-specific needs

Requirements:

5+ years in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences Industry Client-facing experience Advanced knowledge of one or more of the following: Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Veeva Network, and/or Salesforce.com Experience driving client conversations to align technology solutions to business needs Proven relationship-builder with senior and executive leaders at client organizations Managing multiple large-scale engagements simultaneously, with minimal oversight Demonstrated influence on clients’ through your expertise, skill, experience, and thoughtfulness

Success will be measured by:
Client revenue and growth Successful renewal of clients Level of client satisfaction of Mavens Komodo Health, with an eye for Client Services Impact on advancing Mavens’ solutions & services Impact on providing value to clients in IT and relevant business areas
