We are searchign for a Sr. Desktop Technician who will be responsible for the all things desktop specializing in PC/Mac/Mobile devices/AV systems with primary focus on supporting Senior level executives and Executive Assistants (VIPs/EAs). Job Requirements: 5 years IT experience in a support, and/or project-based environment functioning as a Desktop Support 2 years working directly with Executive and Director level employees 2 years of experience in support & troubleshooting Windows & Mac OS platforms including mobile devices running Apple iOS & Android OS Minimum 1-year experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, EMC (Exchange Management Console), Outlook Web Access and Office 365 2 years of experience with client-side troubleshooting of network services (i.e. DNS, DHCP, and certificate-based authentication) Able to work independently, execellent communication skills. etc.
