The Technical Support Engineer will have a passion for problem solving, technology, and helping others to promote an amazing customer experience.A little about the company:Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2020Top company for Women TechnologistsHealth, Financial, and Family BenefitsUnlimited PTOResponsibilitiesDeliver timely solutions to customers while maintaining customer satisfactionEffectively assess technical situations and establish case priorities/severities in accordance with their service level agreementAnalyze customer configuration and effectively use internal and external resources such as knowledge bases, user/admin manuals, and internet resources to troubleshoot the problemManage case-load in adherence to departmental goals/policiesEffectively manage cases through multiple channels while documenting precise troubleshooting and customer interaction detailsWork individually and with a team to solve technical problems while communicating trending issues and best practicesAdd a personal touch to the support engagement; Make the customer feel known and understood by reviewing case history to assure familiarity with the system environmentLate shift and on call availability if neededRequirements2-3years of enterprise software application supportAbility to deliver superior customer serviceUnderstanding of operating systems, networking technologies/protocols, and software applicationsFamiliarity with Oracle and SQL relational database management systems and SQL scriptingKnowledge of some of the following is preferred: IIS, JBOSS, Java, Splunk, Dell Boomi, XML, HTML, Citrix, SSO, LDAP, Microsoft/Oracle certification is a plusSound analytical and organizational skills and excellent oral/written communication skillsBS/AS or equivalent experience#ZR
