Space Launch Support Training Analyst (VAFB)

nn Description nn nn Summary nn nnSAIC is currently looking for a Training Analyst to support launch system Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) activities for the Launch Enterprise (LE) Directorate at Air Force Space Command’s Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC).

This position is located at Vandenberg AFB, CA.

Key aspects of this role will include the following and will probably be performed by more than one individual:nn nnDevelop, provide (instruct) and maintain a technical training program (lesson plans in accordance to Instructional System Development (ISD) models to include instructor and student materials as well as examinations) for approximately 200 launch personnelnn nnProvide position technical training for launch operations teams that follow Operations and Day of Launch Training Plans for examplenn nnDevelop and evaluate technical examinations designed to identify student comprehension of course materialnn nnDevelop, evaluate and update the 45 Space Wing Instructor Certification Programnn nnDevelop/maintain 45 Space Wing Combat Mission Ready (CMR) Unit Qualification Trainingnn nnDevelop, maintain and inspect binders annually for Mission Readiness Training and Spacelift Operations Self Inspection Programs (SIP) as well as help units prepare for higher headquarters inspectionsnn nn Required Qualifications & Experience nn nnClearance level: DoD Secret; TS/SCI desirednn nnParticipated as an instructor, course developer or training manager for space launch related activitiesnn nnAbility to recommend/make decisions on administrative or project work matters and ensures effective achievement of program, project, or organizational objectivesnn nn Desired Technology Experience nn nnSpace launch systemsnn nnUSAF individual or unit training programsnn nn Qualifications nn nn Desired Education and Years of Experience nn Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and two (2) years or more experiencen n n#Capricornn Overview SAIC is a premier technology integrator solving our nation’s modernization and readiness challenges.
