We are hiring full-time customer and technical support agents to take incoming calls from clients and resolve their general customer service and technical-related concerns.
In addition, you will also make sure that the customers are getting the best value for all their products and services.Experience in technical or a call center environment (nice to have, but not required)Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skillsFlexibility to work varying shifts or additional hours as required by business needsSolid computer skills and an aptitude for learning new softwareDedicated workspace that is distraction freeLaptop/desktop with a hardwired connection to a modem (min 4GB memory, Windows 1 operating system, antivirus software, antispyware software, second monitor and 10up/3down internet speed)USB Headset with microphone What you will be doing:Strive to understand customer’s situation and recognize the customer’s needsMaintain a high level of competition and product knowledgeProvide quality service that will exceed customer expectationsMaintain a high level of confidentialityAccurately document customer interactions within the appropriate systemsApply techniques offered in training and ongoing coaching for continuous improvement towards performance targets.
