JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for application or workflow troubleshooting, testing, training, and support initiatives of the organization.
Support of projects or initiatives will be onsite at clinic, business, or IT areas.
The position will reside in the Information Technology department and the roles and responsibilities will vary depending on initiative or project.
Travel will be necessary.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
(A = basics; B = preferred)
Education
A.
Associate’s degree from an accredited institution in a healthcare or IT program.
With high school diploma may substitute 1:1 for experience.
B.
Bachelor’s degree
Experience
A.
3 years of information technology, educational/corporate training or direct experience with electronic medical systems
B.
Epic System experience.
2+ years’ experience as an MA an LVN, or in an IT support role.
Licenses
A.
Valid Texas driver’s license
B.
Special Skills
A.
Strong ability to be adaptable to multiple positions.
Ability to learn EPIC and quickly apply knowledge.
Proficiency in use of desktop computer systems (Windows, Microsoft Office, email)

Proven communication, presentation, problem solving and technical skills.
