JOB DESCRIPTION This position will serve as a solution leader for our Support Service Centers (SSC) practice, perform as a technical leader, director-level, for multiple consulting engagements with our clients, and act as a consultant to current and prospective accounts, to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
This position involves practice leadership, solution offering development, client relationship building, executive level communicationspresentations, client services, as well as scoping and estimating new engagements.
This role will be our resident tools and technologies expert as related to our SSC offerings and capabilities.
TechnicalSolution Leadership Own and Develop Technology Roadmap and content (slide decks, webinars, white papers, blogs, podcasts, etc) Support marketing efforts around the solution content Support Industry and Consulting Services (CS) leaders to drive Solution Pipeline and Bookings to meet quarterly and annual goals Become a trusted solution advisor to CS Clients Build a solution artifact library that creates accelerators for project delivery Educate and Enable Others across the organization Create and own a training curriculum in support of our education and training initiatives Grow personal skills and knowledge to stay current on solution trends Obtain relevant industrytechnical certifications Build connections with industry and technology communities and partners Be a solution advocate at industry and technology events Identify, create, develop and own relevant technology partnerships Connect SSC offerings with other related solution areas such as Cloud, AI and Data and Analytics Sales Support Support the Apex sales team to help qualify, propose and close new IT Services business Estimate and scope new project opportunities in support of the Apex sales team Develop business in new and existing accounts Develop and maintain client executive and manager-level relationships JOB REQUIREMENTS Strong understanding of common processes and engagements, especially Customer Service and ITSM Extensive knowledge of one or more common platforms used in various types of SSC engagements such as ServiceNow, Ivanti, BMC, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and Zendesk Low-codeNo-code skills and experience are a huge plus Experience with or willingness to learn the platforms, tools and technologies associated with Content Moderation such as Two Hat, Community Sift and Amazon Rekognition High-level understanding of various aspects of technology that are part of SSC implementations such as Cloud, Data, AI and Automation Ability to define and implement a solution architecture using the relevant tools and technologies Good organization, communication and presentation skills Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint advanced features Understanding and knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and delivery approaches such as Agile.
Great customer relationship management focus Results oriented with a high sense of urgency to meet client requirements Education Experience Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Business, Computer Science or Information Systems.
