Job Description: Looking for a Mid-Level Software Engineer -Application Support Specialist who will interface between the Operations and Development Teams, on a day to day basis.
The position is aligned to the Client Onboarding Engine (COBE) Train and is expected to help address issues raised from the field.
This role involves quickly troubleshooting the issues methodically and identifying and implementing fixes for production issues.
In addition, this person is expected to communicate issues and fixes with the various stakeholders in a timely manner.
This position will work as a part of a Kanban team in a SAFe Organization and is expected to keep close tabs on key metrics like TPS, FCIs, etc, and always look out for opportunities to improve performance and platform stability.
Required Skills: Must have at least 2 years of Microsoft .NET Stack work experience in the IT industry.
Hands on work experience with Web based technologies like ASP.NET and C# Experience with Client side scripting languages such as JavaScript Bitbucket work experience.
Client side debugging work experience.
Strong hands on SQL Skill sets Analytic ability Desired Skills: Troubleshooting and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Fog Light, or SiteScope Agile Methodology SAFe Agile Framework background HP Quality Center and JIRA work experience.
