Site Support Technician

Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking a Site Support Technician our client in the Engineering domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Duration: 2+ Months Contract with possible extension

Role: Site Support Technician

Role Description: The Site Support Technician must have at least 6+ years of experience. In this role, you will support a Windows 10 migration project consisting of the deployment of 3000 computers.

Required Experience and Skills:

– Should have in-depth experience with Windows 10 migrations including backup, imaging, data migration, setup, application installation, and post support (local and remote).

– Experience with McAfee FDE, Bomgar, ServiceNow, Druva inSync, and multi-factor authentication/PKI are a plus. 

– High school education or equivalent and 4+ years of related experience.

– Have experience in McAfee

– Face to face client interaction. 

– Customer service and personal interaction skills are paramount.

– Manage a ticket queue using ServiceNow and monitor schedule using Outlook.

– Imaging with PXE and USB, Acronis backup, Druva InSync backup and restore, Bomgar Remote support tool.

– Software install, Cisco AnyConnect, and MFA.

– Accountability, ownership of client, customer service paramount. They have lots of documentation.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent 

Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
