If you are dedicated and ambitious, and love Do-nuts, Shipley Do-nuts is an excellent place to grow your career.ResponsibilitiesComplete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involvedAct as the initial point of contact for all computer, network, and system related concerns from employeesAssist in creating training materials pertaining to computer and software troubleshooting and usageOrganize and file documentation pertaining to warranties, technology assets, and instructional guides for computer hardware and software, including documenting standard operating proceduresMaintain a working log that details all required system updates, as well as the date of completionAttend in-person meetings or provide remote support with employees to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software, and networking problemsResolve technical issues related to network interruptionsInstall and configure computer systems, printers, devices, network tools, and applications within the companyMaintain web-based systems, active directory, security software, and other software configuration and controlProvide support and maintenance of digital and off-premises sales updatesQualificationsIndustry-specific certification in relevant computer languages or software may be required1-3 years of proven experience in a heavy customer focus position involving and technical knowledge of a companies’ products and servicesTime-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolutionComfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software and other remote access desktop programsAccept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT servicesExtensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS, Azure AD, M365 Suite, and security toolsAbility to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficientlyProfessional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with employees and our customersExperience installing and configuring computer systems, network systems, and applications with a rapidly growing companyBenefitsExcellent competitive salariesAdvancement opportunities – performance basedAnnual reviews – more raisesMedical, Dental, Vision, Vacations & 401k!Shipley Do-Nuts is an Equal Opportunity Employer | M|F|D|V|A
