Service Support Technician

This is a Full-time position in Ellis, KS posted October 31, 2021.
In this role, you will:
- Prepare purchase and sales orders
- Provide equipment troubleshooting assistance to customers
- Stay up to date on product changes
- Issue return merchandise authorizations; process service tickets
- Complete accurate data entry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Troubleshooting and repair experience
- Ability to effectively analyze information; identify solutions
