Service Advisor

Formula H Motorworks, Inc., one of the largest and oldest independent Honda & Acura service facilities in the US, is seeking to immediately fill one Service Advisor position due to a severe illness.

The position is long-term temporary, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

A versatile individual is needed.

An ideal person for this position would be precise, detail oriented, able to multitask, and have strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities include answering telephone calls, writing up repair orders, creating estimates, contacting customers with estimates and getting their approval, explaining necessary work to customers, parts ordering, helping customers with parts purchases, checking in parts orders and entering parts into business system, interacting with customers in person and on the phone, computer work, filing, and customer follow-up.

A strong desire to learn or existing automotive knowledge is required.

Experience is preferred, but we will train the right person.

Salary commensurate with experience.
