As a member of the AMERS wide Specialist Solutions Consultant team for Proactive Digital Customer Service, you will work with leading consumer brands, evangelizing how Pega Customer Service will enable them to digitally transform and empower them to increase customer satisfaction and customer engagement, make agents more productive, and drive greater revenue and retention. You will work with Pega sales, presales and partners to drive Pega Customer Service Sales & Solutions.
What You’ll Do at Pega:
As an overlay presales product specialist in Pega Customer Service, provide thought leadership, evangelism and trusted advisorship for Proactive Digital Customer Service.
Work across many target accounts in your region and collaborate closely with account teams, across the opportunity lifecycle. This includes account strategy and planning, prospecting, qualification, visioning & solutioning, opportunity discovery, business change, workshops, presentation and demos, business value assessments, RFx and PoC support, scoping and solution and radiation activities.
Stay ahead of the curve & generalize and create reusable best practice value propositions, presentations, workshops and demos and share these with the team, SCs, sales, partners and clients.
Collaborate with teams beyond sales consulting such as Customer Service GTM area, product management, professional services, alliances & partners.
Who You Are:

What You’ve Accomplished:
Experience with one or more of the following CRM solutions: ServiceNow, RightNow, Microsoft, Siebel, Oracle on Demand, SAP, Pegasystems, Cisco, Genesys, or other telephony solutions
Proven success messaging, positioning with business value, and demonstrating to Customer Service Clients.
