Mortgage Educators and Compliance
We are looking for personable and hard-working individuals who enjoy helping our clients by answering their questions and assisting them with any technical difficulties they may face.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead a team of customer support representatives with assisting clients by answering questions regarding their education needs for their Mortgage Loan Originator license, purchasing our education training and troubleshooting issues related to their online course.
Being proficient in our multiple channels of communication including: phone, chats and email.
This position will require you to take an average of 60-80 phone calls a day.
Job Requirements:
Must have 2
– 3 years of relatable experience in a call center or equivalent field, or, a minimum of an Associates degree.

Provide professional and quality service.
Build and maintain a positive work environment and relationship with clients and coworkers.
Respond to clients’ questions through email, chat and phone.
Proficient skills in the Microsoft Office Suite and competency with understanding software systems.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay:
Hourly Pay Range bases on experience and/or education: $17.00
– $23.00 with potential raise after 90 days.
