Warehouse and Store Support Associate (part time) Hiring Immediately!Work with a team who are passionate about modern design and home furnishings!

We are looking for an immediate hire for a part-time Warehouse and Store Support Associates for our warehouse and store in our Boise, ID location.Reports to: Store ManagerPosition: Non-ExemptWhat is Warehouse Store Support?

It’s working the warehouse and helping customers on the showroom floor.

That means:Loading and unloading trucksAssembling furniture correctlyHandling furniture with care and keeping things cleanTagging merchandiseEnsuring safety and safe lifting techniquesWorking with customersProcessing orders on a POS computer systemBe friendly, polite and curious to customers for merchandise pick-upAny other support needed across the warehouse, store or officeThis position is scheduled for Wednesday – SundayWho You AreExcellent customer service, communication and organizational skillsBasic math, computer and POS skills with a high degree of accuracyAble to lift 50 lbs., unassisted, moving furniture in showroom and warehouseAble to successfully complete our pre-employment background, physical and drug screeningOperating forklift & pallet jack and other power and/or hand toolsA wholehearted customer service approach with a professional and welcoming presentation.Education: High School diploma or equivalent GED, 1-3 years’ work experience in a related field, retail a plus.Scandinavian Designs is a home furnishings retail destination rooted in our love for modern design and quality craftsmanship.We’re an equal opportunity employer to all.
