SUMMARY

This person will act as the Business Systems Support contact for one of four SAP modules for the Thermal Management business unit.

Activities will vary from training plant local key users, to participating in SAP implementations, to addressing daily operational issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a Business Systems Support contact for one of the Logistics Modules for the Thermal Management business unit: Train plant local key users Support SAP implementations regionally Resolve SAP issues occurring at sites Create business process-related concepts for optimizations (system improvements) and projects Audit sites as to adherence to template compliance Responsible for coordinating testing Participate in cross functional SAP projects as required Initiate system changes to Global Key Users Communicate with Global Key Users

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or IT (Bachelors required, MBA or MS preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience working in Logistics (Supply Chain) or a Logistics (Supply Chain) support function (plant Logistics (Supply Chain) experience preferred) Experience with SAP (required) Ability to work in teams and independently Ability to work with minimal supervision Proficient in Microsoft Office Training experience
