Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Sales Call Support Representative position.

Flexible scheduling perfect for retired sales, customer service, or hospitality-oriented individuals!

In this role, you will be responsible for learning, developing, and implementing skills in Salesforce to be able to enter data for outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and entering notes. Assists the sales team as requested at sales events, including but not limited to registering guests, serving, hosting display tables, tours, parking assistance, and event setup.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years’ sales/customer service experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and presentation/public speaking skills
  • Must commit to a 3-month period in this temporary position, and up to a 6-month period at maximum.
