About This Role:This person will manage all return requests both in SAP as well as physical.
Main support for all CETS warehouse related activities.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:Main contact for any internal or external customers with regard to Service related return shipments of Capital Equipment.Creation/adjusting of RGA’s in the service system and/or in SAP.Gathering of all relevant data to ensure a smooth pick-up of products in hospitals.Align expected pick-ups with all Local Customers service offices.Align with CS Europe on all Non-Service related returns.Update overview of expected returns for the warehouse team including disposition and any exceptions required.Perform Good Faith Efforts (GFE) in order to ensure return of complaint items in a timely manner.Investigate and solve any issues that occur upon return of an item.Act as intermediate between LCS, GDS, Tier II, distributors and global CETS personnel in order to determine reason for return when units are send back and are not service related OR sales related.
Monitor open returns and ensure closure within 90 days.Creation of orders to return repaired Capital equipment to customers including potential return of loaner.Manage any specific requirements that apply in the CETS warehouse process.Perform final verification of disposition in returns process.Responsible for reporting status to key stake holders.
